Absolutely horrible service today by Jessica. I am being charged $60 to cancel. And I called 10 days ahead of when it is to be unfrozen or when normal draft is to take place.
This place sucks!! I had a few massages left and didn't want to renew my membership for another year. All of my massages were deleted!!! I would never recommend this place or any location to anyone!! You do not get a 1 hr. Massage they were always late getting you back to the room and always stopped early!!
