Terrible service. The receptionist kiara is by far the rudest person. She doesn’t know how to do her job. Booking a massage is supposed to be relaxing and she made everything a terrible headache. I’ve had a membership for almost a year. I’ve tried canceling my membership unsuccessfully. I went in and completed my paperwork. When I went in I was told the manager was not available but the paperwork would be forwarded to the manager so my membership would’ve canceled. Beware today has you fill out some information really a lot information and if you don't fill it out fast enough they take time off your massage. They don't tell you till the end . thena really high sales pitch for you to come in every two weeks and they Hound you ! massage was okay but nothing spectacular. . I would not recommend this place
The drive away the good therapists and miss treat the ones they have. This last weekend, I was looking forward to my long over due hour massage. Got the three calls that it was at 1145 Saturday. Great! Worked out wonderfully. Walk in few minutes after 1130. The front desk woman was frantically calling me, they needed me in at 1130!!!!
