Very poor customer service. I along with 4 other friends traveled from Alabama to Destin. Hours before our appointment which was made several weeks ago, I received a call saying my therapist Marisa had called in (Black Friday). They charge for same day cancellations and there was no offer for the other members of my party to cancel free of charge so the others had to go to their appointment. Three times I’ve given massage envy a try. Three times fail. Scheduled an appointment early online, arrive....no appointment. Just what I wanted to do, drive here and realize it’s a wasted trip.

Totally dropped the ball on our wedding day. After getting into town we were truly looking forward to relaxing. We were turned away do to a schedule error or someone calling in, there should be a backup plan for things like this and we will ensure that we never return or refer our friends here when we all come vacation together.
