Do not get a membership here. There’s too many members and not enough massage therapists. It’s impossible to get in. So each month you pay for services and may not be able to get a monthly service. If you cancel, you have 60 days to use up the services you’ve already paid for, but if you can’t get in then you’re out the money. I’ve tried resolving my issues with a manager, however nobody will call me back. Very poor customer service.

I didn’t do my homework: I went to Massage Envy on East Washington Ave., Madison, WI, because it was conveniently located. I trusted them to be Respectful, Responsible and Professional. The staff acted Friendly at my first visit. As a novice, I sought their advice. First massage, things did not go well, but I remained Polite and kept a smile on my face.
