The massage services are good but the integrity of the owner and the company are terrible. I signed up for a 6 month membership and did not go back after 6 months. But they automatically renewed the membership and I was distracted by back surgery so I didn't see the added charges. When I caught the error, I asked for a refund and to cancel my membership, it was denied. Said they would charge me ANOTHER MONTH and I could use my services during that time. I don’t recommend any veterans use massage Envy. For one I was never informed of they’re cancellation policy I also was not informed that they would be keeping my card on file that I paid with. This morning I called to reschedule my appt. due to I am unable to walk this morning. After explaining the situation to them and asking if I could get a later appointment for the day or the following day, I was told their wasn’t any openings. Last Saturday I had a terrible experience at the Eastgate location. I booked on line requesting a deep tissue massage with an enhancement. The Friday before I received a confirmation call for my appointment with Gail. Later that day I received a message that Gail wasn't certified to perform the enhancement and they were removing it and that I should call if I had any questions.
