Summer was great, the placement of her room however was not. The place was basically empty but the room across from the break room was where we were. At least 42 door closings during a 60 minute facial is not very relaxing. Yes, so many I actually started counting. Their prices are too high to tolerate this type of constant interruption. Told the front desk and they are going to look into options. Probably won't be back unless the issue is resolved. Feel like I wasted $100. Not a fan! Terrible accident & went on road we were told to to get around by spa. Couldn’t make appointment & got charged 50% without the chance to reschedule except to pay for cancellation & new appointment �

Would have rated it higher, the massage itself was fantastic. But the pressure put on the clients to purchase a membership ( I was asked and I declined three separate times) just takes away from the relaxation. Maybe push for memberships before the actual massage. Just a tip. :-)
