I had an incredible experience here! The atmosphere was so calming, and the service was truly exceptional. A huge thank you to Caroline and Hailey—your attentiveness was spot on and made the visit so much better. I also loved the little store inside! They have a wonderful selection of oils and creams that I’m really enjoying. Highly recommend!
They really aim to make you comfortable, remove tension, and relax from start to finish here! I have come here for massage therapy for years. I have seen different therapists over the years and they were all friendly. Of those, I did see several of them more consistently for years at a time. Each therapist has their own areas of strengths, and all encouraged feedback if you need them to adjust from what is initially discussed during intake each visit. I had been a regular customer here for quite some time and generally had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately, things seem to have changed after the new ownership took over a few months ago. The prices have gone up significantly, but the overall experience hasn’t improved — in fact my most recent massage felt rushed and underwhelming compared to what I used to receive here. From the moment I walked in, the experience was calming. I was greeted with a such a friendly welcome by Stephanie and within minutes offered a warm neck wrap and relaxing room. The massage by Liz was exactly what I need to get the knots out of my shoulder blade area and to feel perfectly what my body needed. I look forward to returning to try out other services and especially a facial.
Stillwater Spa is not what it used to be. It’s difficult to schedule a massage as availability is limited. The price just had a significant increase and the quality of the massages aren’t worth the additional cost. The customer service is unsatisfactory and unable to make decisions to resolve customer concerns.
