Highly recommend Massage Life! The staff are so warm and welcoming, the atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing and you leave feeling amazing! Brittni was my massage therapist and she was fantastic. She is very experienced and knowledgeable in her field, and opened my eyes to a lot of different techniques to help with joint and back issues that I’m anxious to try! She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. This is the best self care treatment and I can’t wait for my next massage!
Loved this place. Didn’t feel like your typical corporate massage spot with a revolving door for workers. I could tell the people working there were invested in their jobs and truly cared about customer service. The place has an amazing scent when you walk in. You feel a sense of relaxation just by the scent. There is a Whisper Room where you can relax prior to your massage, they provide a warm neck roll and a beverage of choice. just had my first massage here with Richard as my massage therapist and it was absolutely the best massage experience I have ever had before Richard, along with all of the other stuff made me feel extremely comfortable the whole entire process along with that it was very clean. will definitely come back!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with amazing customer service, until I walked out the door. My massage therapist was great and made me feel comfortable, made sure I was ok throughout the massage. I will be back as I joined their membership program, and it's right next to where I live.
When it comes to customer service this business projects a horrible display of common courtesy, respect and professionalism. The front desk staff are rude and either racist against two minorities coming to there establishment with the assumption that we cannot afford there services. The real complaint is the lack of work ethic and not being knowledgeable of how to do there job by answering basic questions in concerns to payment which is concerning because they could be laundering money from your business.
