I will say the spa is beautiful, the staff was so kind, the experience was really lovely. I went in to get a massage, the totally upsold me on a scalp massage, and then the red light therapy. They used tea tree and jojoba oil for the scalp massage and then did the red light treatment afterwards. When I got home I washed my hair and it felt a little odd like noodles and my scalp was itchy. I had been a regular customer here for quite some time and generally had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately, things seem to have changed after the new ownership took over a few months ago. The prices have gone up significantly, but the overall experience hasn’t improved — in fact my most recent massage felt rushed and underwhelming compared to what I used to receive here. Went for the first time today and the customer service was amazing! Massage was perfect and they communicated thoroughly the whole time. 10/10 recommend!
I love coming to Stillwater Spa, and have been coming regularly for about a year now. I signed up to the membership program and haven’t regretted it! Well worth the money. The front staff is absolutely fantastic and so friendly , Esmeralda (I believe) has been an angel every time especially. But everyone up front is truly awesome. The spa is very nice and the staff are friendly. Richard gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. He was fantastic and I’ll be returning.
