I had a great first experience. I felt welcomed when I arrived, they gave me a beverage and warm neck pillow while I waited. The massage was much needed, I will be back soon!

The environment was amazing to walk into. I absolutely love the whisper room! My therapist was ok. The pressure was a little bit too hard and even after I told him, it still was a bit too much. He wrote on my card he did a pressure of 4 to 5, next time I will request 2 to 3. I also was suggested by a client coming in and one when I was leaving to ask for Shay next time. Service was great that I signed up for their $49 monthly plan. Rachael was thorough and knowledgeable. She gave me a great plan to follow going forward to help relieve the muscle tension until my next visit.
Overall it started out alright. I did want my regular therapist but reception really pushed for me to come in that day even though he wasn't there. It went well until we got to the part of my body that was injured, a muscle spasm that likes to come and haunt me from time to time. He really over worked it and over been feeling worse than I had started. So by the end I was more tense in that spot...
