We drove 20 miles to get to this facility so we do like your service and hope the next experience will be 5 stars. I scheduled an appointment with a massage therapist that my husband had requested before. Today when we showed up, I don’t believe we got the correct person. I did not want to cancel last minute on the person that came out to greet my husband, but I was truly disappointed that he did not get the person that he requested. My husband and I have been going to Massage Life in Highland Village for at least 10 years and we ALWAYS have a great experience. Patti is so helpful, friendly and professional, treats you like family. All the therapists we have had over the years have been excellent. Highly recommend this wonderful place!!
My husband and I have been clients with Massage Life Center for years. We are leaving with 36 stacked up massages combined, that is aver $2,000. We both canceled our accounts today because of the disrespect and unprofessionalism from Patty. She has always talked to each of us in a very disrespectful way.
