Massage Life Center is amazing. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly and exceptionally professional staff. The ambience is exceptional. The young lady that did my massage was great. She asked lots of questions and did just as I asked. It was such a relaxing massage and I definitely will be returning!!
Such a great massage experience! As you arrive you are offered a drink, wine is my choice, and are walked to the waiting room that smells amazing, has dim lighting and you get a warm neck pillow to begin your relaxation before the massage even begins. once you’re at the massage, your masseuse will ask you questions to ensure your massage is what you expect. My wife and I have been members for four years and I finally left. Most of the staff have been great with the exception of Patty's. My wife and I canceled our memberships today, regrettably, due to the hateful attitude of one person. We have endured her disrespectful condescending and down right awful attitude for the last time. I left more than $2,000 of unused masages. I could not see spending another dime to be disrespected by such a hateful and angry person. Update. My husband and I have been going to Massage Life in Highland Village for at least 10 years and we ALWAYS have a great experience. Patti is so helpful, friendly and professional, treats you like family. All the therapists we have had over the years have been excellent. Highly recommend this wonderful place!!
