Engaged Massey for both pest and termite protection for our new Florida home in 2014. They have been thorough and reliable since then. They come annually for termite inspection and refill bait traps, and 4 visits/year for pest control. With 2 people, 1 cat and 2 large dogs they keep our home pest free! They even clean off the mud wasp nests from the walls of our home. They have made a few extra "ghost ant" control visits in rainy season, no extra charge.
