Excellent experience as compared to my past experiences of the same type. Doctor Courtney, Jake, and other assistants were professional, friendly, and informative. Especially impressed with the performance and comfort of the surgical procedure. My tooth extraction was just about painless and done in 15 minutes. The administrative assistant thoroughly explained my insurance coverage to me. Dr. Courtney's team looked well organized and completely cohesive. Well done to all.

I had oral surgery for a tooth removal and implant. My experience from my surgery day to my follow up a few months later was excellent. The staff are all friendly and i enjoyed their cheerful banter. My surgeon clearly explained the process and put me at ease. Dental work can be nerve wracking, but OMS made it as pleasant as possible.

From start to finish the experience was as good as could be expected, given I was having two wisdom teeth extracted. Everything was very professional and I was made to feel very comfortable. The assistant was pleasant and engaging. The doctor had a calming demeanor which was very comforting. And when the procedure was done after care was explained so there were no unanswered questions. I’d highly recommend this office to any family and friends in need of this service.

I was so nervous of having root tips removed. The staff at MassOMS was great! They made me feel comfortable they made me feel at ease not only through medication but their professionalism was outstanding and before I knew it I was awake and everything was done! They brought my wife in the room explained post care instructions thoroughly to me and to her and answered any questions we had! First of all after spending about 45 minutes on the phone I was finally able to receive an appointment at 11:30 in Burlington, I arrived early and was informed that they did not take CIGNA for my Dental insurance, However, the lady that took my appointment assured me that they did she even took the card ID number, the group number, the insurer, my name and address.
