They did a fantastic job of packing my home up and getting me moved , the made sure to take care in wrapping my furniture and I have a lot of glass inlays. I would like to thank Michael and Zebrasky for being efficient and professional . I will recommend Master movers to my friends.
I was really happy with the way you treated my things. It was like you were moving your own. Michael and Danny took thier time and made sure everything was wrapped good, to make sure no damage happen. Thank you very much and would really recommend you to anyone moving.
The two guys sent out to my house werepolite,and-professional.Equipped with tool box to assemble and disassemble my furniture.They worked hard and in a timely manner. If I shall ever move Again Ameer and Danny will be my guys thanks Master Movers for taking half the stress off our shoulders due to the closing date being pushed sooner can't thank you enough
Our three man crew was great! They worked quickly but were extremely careful with our belongings. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Thanks to our Master Movers! They really did a wonderful job for us. Not one thing broken in a two-day move. The movers were quick, careful, and they were extremely polite. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Master Movers!
If I could give this company a negative five stars I would. This was the most horrendous move I have ever experienced. Let me preface the following by saying that I have moved about 18 times in my life and have dealt with a number of both local movers and national moving companies. This one has been the worst. The woman on the phone asked me how many bedrooms I had and how many square feet, that was it. I was told they would send three men and a large truck. A little surprised after the wonderful reviews had me book them. Took way longer than necessary. Addressed other issues directly with company. Will see what their response is.
Our movers were late and damaged our furniture. In addition, they backed the truck into the neighbor’s car. These movers were very slow. The truck was too small for our 1 bedroom belongings. When talking to Jennifer she gave us a $100 discount and mentioned their furniture repair service. After reporting everything in writing, we received a standard email. Followed up twice about the furniture repair service, never heard from Jennifer again. No star wasn’t an option.
