Our experience was more than great. Julia was really helpful and accommodating to all of our strange requests. When my fiancé and I were looking for our first home she went above and beyond to make sure it would fit both of our needs. She addressed all and any potential hiccups that would later cause us trouble. We really felt like she had our back. Overall Julia is very personable, easy to stay in touch with and she will go above and beyond to make sure you're getting what you are looking for at a great price.

We decided to use the first time home buyers program. Julia, was very patient on explaining everything to us so we could get a better understanding of what we were getting into!
