Matt is an amazing loan officer! Right off the bat he was very helpful and transparent. I appreciate the fact that he was able to answer questions that would come up at random times including during the weekends, or in the evenings. Being a busy mother and manager, this was important to me. He is very attentive and had a sense of urgency with everything and because of him I was able to close on my condo in less than a month! I am so happy that I chose Matt! I had researched info on the best time to refinance with the crisis right now and talked with many mortgage brokers. Most who treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about to wait a bit and get things ready for when the rate might drop again, I found Matt and he brought the topic up to me about filing later on because the rate is likely to drop again. And, it did and I believe he saved me an additional $50 because I waited. Great experience and Matt is super responsive.
