Though the loan process was long and complicated, Matt was consistent in his communication and responded to any questions promptly. He worked with us for months to make sure our loan went as planned. I was glad to have Matt during our home buying experience.

I feel like a lot of our approval was rushed at the last minute. There were a few documents that we could've been getting ready the from the beginning of escrow. I felt some of the documentation they needed was a little excessive for gift funds, but I am not sure if that is company policy/FHA policy. My CPA even questioned why they needed some of the things that were asked. Again, this could've been company policies and not Matt himself, but its definitely something to think about in the future

As a first time home buyer, I felt things could have been explained better and more clearly. Everyone we encountered was very nice but it seems things were not communicated very well and we were then left with very little time to produce documentation that could take days to gather.
