Mr. Humphrey went from one extreme to another to make this deal work and close. It took approximately seven months, but Mr. Humphrey would not give up. He was determine to help me and make this deal work and close. This was a very difficult loan with a lot of curves. But through it all, Mr. Humphrey remained faithful and remain until the end. I truly thank him for all of his hard work and patience.
