The only thing that Matt and I spoke about was that these were first time buyers, and he could've handled held just a little bit more. When Their payment changed due to some overtime pay, he texted them rather than called. They were somewhat stresssed out, and that's how I found out there was a slight issue. i I would've appreciated being informed as well, and they needed a call instead of a text.
