All of the reviews said the communication was great, and that's why we picked Matt - someone local who could answer all of our questions and be very responsive when we had a need. We were not disappointment. Matt was always available for a phone call, and provided knowledgeable feedback regardless of the inquiry. That kind of consistent and thoughtful communication can be hard to come by, and it made the process less stressful for us.
