I thought this process was going to be painful. Matt and his team made this experience so easy for me. I was informed every step of the way and got everything and more than what I had hoped. I can’t say enough about it. We got an FHA loan in 40 days. My lawyer said he had never seen one approved in less than 60 days. The terms were great and cash to close was thousands less than I was expecting. My expectations were exceeded in every way. Thank you!
