Matt's communication and turnaround time is unmatched! He never missed a call and made sure to explain anything we didn't understand. He never made us feel like we couldn't make it to the finish line despite all of the obstacles and he managed to do all of this during a pandemic! Hands down the best and we plan to keep him on our team for every property we plan to buy in the future. Excellent job.
