From the very FIRST day Matt and I communicated, I was treated professionally. I was apprehensive about the entire home purchasing protocol before beginning working with Matt. Matt was absolutely fantastic! I recommend him as much as possible. He answered every question I had completely thoroughly, and was so pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. With other folks I had to encounter during the homebuying process, I was constantly subjected to blatant sexist remarks, as a young female solo buyer—but not with Matt. Seriously, he was the best. He was professional, he was kind, he would even respond to my emails at 11pm when I did not expect an answer til morning!
