This was about a year long process since it was a new construction. Matthew was referred to me by my brother in NY since he was in the process of purchasing as well. After my initial introduction to Matthew, I felt that he was the right choice because he was extremely professional and transparent. The pre-approval process was seamless. When the home was complete, the closing process was prompt and in order. When I'm ready to refinance, I will be calling Matthew! Definitely a pleasure to work with!
