My 7 year old son had an unusual amount of anxiety when we arrived at Dr. Healy's office. I was able to coax him into the office but I could tell he was just afraid. I couldn't understand it because he has been going to the dentist for the last 6 years. I tried everything a mother could do. Struggling with "do I just say forget it and come back another time" or "take something away from him until he goes through with getting his teeth cleaned". Pleasant experience. Work was not done as previously discussed, although Siobhan waited a year or more to go through with the appointment, the original notes were that she would have a white filling in her smile line and a silver filling towards the back, in order to make it more affordable for us.
