Requested that my wife had hip surgery at Johnson Clayton hospital. Even though she had a hip replacement there a year earlier she was moved to Johnson Smithfield hospital.Was not given information about the surgery my wife was about to undertake and was not shown any xrays of the fracture. Requested several times to meet with the surgeon after the procedure to determine the result of the operation. Almost impossible to contact & deal with his office post surgery. Surgery on 10/16/23 & still haven't received my requeste home Physical Therapy on 10/27 or appt for such. I am 85 yrs old & housebound on walker for 4 wks.
