Mattie made the process easy! She was always available when we had questions and was very knowledgeable! My only recommendation which has ZERO to do with Mattie is the number of emails the company auto generates is excessive. I guess I maybe the odd man out but I don't need all the fluff when buying a home. There were a number of emails I over looked because I just assumed its was another "Here Is An Overview Of The Loan Process."
