Prompt and descriptive communication. It really seemed like they cared about our mortgage specifically and wanted to help us find the lowest rate. Also helped address credit score issues.

Mattie fit my style in that she kept me in the loop the entire process. I like that I knew what was happening during the entire course of my loan. When she was out of town too she has been responsive in addition to having another loan officer as a point person. I think she is one of the best loan officers I have ever dealt with. Thanks!

Mattie was SUPER helpful and flexible when it came to answering my dozens of questions throughout the entire process. She was available and explained each step very clearly, so I knew what to expect. The whole process was way less stressful because she was there to help guide me. It was a great experience and I would definitely work with Mattie again!

She was Johnnie on the Spot, was resourceful and worked hard to get the job done. Answered calls and texts quickly (often working later than she should have been). Extremely happy with Mattie and the end result!

Mattie helped us when our original lender wasnt quite working out. She worked so very hard me and my family. She had to listen to all my craziness and questions. I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking to ourchase a home. If i ever do this again, she will be the first and only lender i would call. Thank you so much Mattie. You made our dream come true
