Nicole did our baby photoshoot today and she was amazing! She was so kind and gave us some beautiful photos. The shop was busy and she was so lovely and helpful to every single person in there. We’re planning to go back for more soon after today, not only because of the lovely prints, but the great service from Nicole, thank you!
Natasha helped me with printing some photos a few weeks ago at Max Spielmann in Litllehampton. I can honestly say her customer service was some of the best I have ever received! It was during a particularly stressful time and Natasha went out of her way to help me and get the photos printed in a timely and efficient manner. Fantastic customer service from the staff member there today (Sat 3 Feb24). Took my old slides, and took such good care to ensure detail on slide was centered, adjusting brightness and checked with me several times I was happy before printing. All done with a smile and dealing with other customers at the same time. Excellent job and service
So helpful on the phone and in person. New to the area , needed a passport photo for my son pronto with no hustle . We were 5 min before shop closing time, still end up receiving best service , digital copies and full reassurance photos are passport office compatable. Will use again . Thank you
