The assistant there was super helpful. Quick and efficient and helped me print off my photos really quickly. I didn’t know how to connect to the machine and she helped me with no hesitation.

I came in to print a single sheet, which cost £1.50. After paying and leaving the shop, I immediately realised that I had accidentally printed the wrong document. I went straight back. There was another customer being served, so I waited patiently for around five minutes. When it was my turn, I explained that I had made a genuine mistake and asked if the second print could be charged at the usual additional page rate (around 20p), as this had been done for me before.
