On saturday 16th may.... I came to renew my passport , after a number of problems my passport was ordered , i was so relieved. A big thank you to Tina who was so helpful & kind .

I spoke to Lauren, about my 75th birthday invitation! She asked me what size, design and colour, showing me some examples! Extremely helpful! Lauren asked what information I needed, jotted down my name, place, time etc! I sorted out a photo which she added, Lauren printed 30 copies for me! Thank you very kind and helpful to me xx
