Excellent service from Lauren Lichfield store She completed my passport renewal with professionalism and speed despite there being several customers waiting. She was not phased by this and managed to keep all the customers happy. She USA true gem and a credit to Max SpielmannÂ

Went in today to get my son to get his first passport he has adhd and I was a little concerned about him sitting but wasn’t even one minute & they got the picture Zoe kept him entertained with a dragon teddy while Lauren took the picture. While Zoe sorted the passport application for me Lauren kept my son entertained. She picked him up while picking his picture. Thank you again ladiesÂ

I spoke to Lauren, about my 75th birthday invitation! She asked me what size, design and colour, showing me some examples! Extremely helpful!
