Ciara & David have given me excellent customer service they have both gone above and beyond to help me the last 3 recent visits I have made. Making my visit so stress free at a time when I have been stress to my highest. I cannot commend their service high enough. And I will never use another photo shop again other than max. Will be highly recommending to friends and family.

I visited the store on Wednesday 10th December. The lady who helped me provided excellent customer service, her name was Pascalle. She helped me with my print orders for 40 minutes as well as helping other customers at the same time. A great service, thank you very much!

I was served by Harry today at the Coventry Arena branch. Even though it was really busy, his customer service was outstanding. I never leave reviews but Harry was very knowledgable, efficient and most of all provided great customer service. It was my first time coming to this store and will certainly be back based on this experience! Thank you, my mum is going to love her gift!
