Visited the oswestry branch to print some pictures, pick up some photo cards and baubles. Had my daughter with me who said she would like to have photos taken but doesn't like the flash due to sensory issues. Jack was so helpful and mentioned he could move the lights so it doesnt flash in face. She really took to him as he was friendly and chatted with her. On August Bank Holiday I visited Max Spielmann in Oswestry for the first time. What a lovely shop, bright and colourful and well laid out. I hadn’t realised just how many different services Max Spielmann now offer. I was served by a lovely young assistant called Abbie. I received a warm, friendly greeting on entering the shop. I was left to browse and offered assistance at an appropriate time. Abbie was very patient and helpful. We came to print our wedding photos off and ended up staying for 2 hours…. Out of choice!! This was because the shop assistant (Jack) was so lovely. We took our dog in and ended up getting a photoshoot for him too! He was supplied with lots of treats and love. Jack (odd socks) helped us pick out the photos, the sizes and the frames. We genuinely had a lovely lovely time. Thank you so much - if anyone is local to this shop and needs some photos printing, please do come along for a lovely experience.
Fantastic service today… I went in to get my passport photo taken and the very helpful young man ( Jack I would think!) helped me sort the application out online. Highly recommend
I visited the Oswestry store on Saturday and was severd by Jack. A very helpful cheerful and polite young man. The shop went quite busy and he was on his own but multi tasked effortlessly
