Katie was fabulous. First I called to enquire and she was more than helpful. Furring my visit, Katie was professional, friendly and went above and beyond, which is a rarity these days. I want to say it was a pleasure dealing with her and she is an asset to the company.

Went in for my nephew’s 9 month shoot and Katie went above and beyond to capture the best shots of my nephew for us! Was so impressed by and thankful to Katie for making it such a lovely experience. Pictures turned out lovely and we were made so comfortable and everything was done with ease.

I went into your local shop today to ask about photographs and the lady was really helpful. Went out of her way her name was Katie. She even helped me do the passport which I thought I was gonna struggle with as I’m dyslexic but she was brilliant. Can’t thank her enough once again you’ve trained your stuff well very polite well mannered very good at a job.😊

Visited the store outside Asda Walsgrave Coventry to have three 10 x 8 photos printed and to buy a frame. The man who served us was so helpful (sorry didn’t get his name). He took my phone and did everything for us, he seemed genuinely interested in the fact the photos are for a memorial service. Excellent customer service , thank you
