We took our newborn baby for a photoshoot you meet an awful very rude lady that worked there and refused to do photos has she was on her own but the shop was so quite .she couldn’t even stand and explain to us just shouted no I’m not doing it I’m on my own . Won’t be using there services again it appalling

Charlie was really great today. He didn’t serve me directly but his customer service whilst we were there was great. He didn’t stop working and did so with a smile
