Popped in today to have my passport photos done. I was served by a lovely gentleman called David. He was really enthusiastic even though it was towards the end of the day. He went out of his way to help me and we had a good giggle while he helped me with my photos and applying for a new passport online, which was all completed in store. I couldn’t fault the service I received.

The first time I took film in to be developed they missed the digital part of the order. The second time they came back different sizes to what was ordered. No compensation just a refund of £2 on the difference in cost. Very poor customer service unfortunately. I’ll be looking hard for somewhere else to develop film next time.
Hollie was amazing help at the Cannock Asda branch . . . She helped me choose the best photo for my frame and was lovely to chat too whilst we waited, she was so patient whilst I printed 3 seperate orders and even cut out 2 last minute photo gifts for me! She was so kind and made me feel really welcome! Would 100% come back here and reccomend to others!
