Sorry can't remember what the girl is called who works there (blond hair) is a credit to your company. So friendly and helpful and seems to care about her job making sure everything is right before you leave. Nice to see good service for a change
Cannot thank Tom and staff at Flowerbug Childwall for amazing funeral package put together for my mum’s funeral. Reasonably priced excellent advice from staff flowers were beautiful and smelt gorgeous. Sorry I never took pics. Thank you is not enough.
my mum came into your store a few months ago when my nan had passed away to have pictures printed of her for her brothers. She got quite upset and had a cry and the staff were lovely and so sympathetic - comforted her, offered a cup of tea and gave her the prints for free. Such a lovely act of kindness so thank you so much - in that time of grief it really stuck with her and made her feel better when times were so hard xx
