I went in to get some photos of our dog who has passed away and the lady was lovely and very helpful. She had blond hair tied in a ponytail and was on her own. I went in late morning Monday 24th august. Thank you

A difficult visit as I was choosing frames and photo arrangements for my sister’s funeral. Skye, the assistant who helped me, was patient, professional and helpful in getting the best arrangements from the range of photos I had. Skye is an excellent ambassador for your brand - very knowledgeable of the products and effects available. My niece and brother - in - law are delighted with the framed photos I returned with.

I can't sing Emmas' praises enough. I called into Chesterfielf Tesco Extra yesterday to ask about printing photos from a memory stick etc. She was very helpful and when I explained I would be going in today she said she would give me some help. When I went in today she was very sensitive to my difficult situatoon. She was kind, very efficient and made a difficult situation much eadier for me. I was very pleased with all my prints etc. Thank you Emma you were a star!!!

Went back to Max Spielmann at Chesterfield Tesco superstore because of the outstanding help given on my last visit ( when I had help making cards). This time I wanted a personalised coaster as a gift for someone returning to Ukraine with hand luggage. I got two in the end ( the second one half price and they were amazing) and a lovey memory of a visit here. Many thanks
