Went back to Max Spielmann at Chesterfield Tesco superstore because of the outstanding help given on my last visit ( when I had help making cards). This time I wanted a personalised coaster as a gift for someone returning to Ukraine with hand luggage. I got two in the end ( the second one half price and they were amazing) and a lovey memory of a visit here. Many thanks

As I walked up to max spielmann, there was a bit of a queue and Charlotte gave me the most wonderful smile, which made me feel included. She gave me a lot of advice, helped me make a wonderful choice for a birthday card, alot of indecision on my part and she steered me in the right direction, for which I’m so grateful and more than happy with.
