As I walked up to max spielmann, there was a bit of a queue and Charlotte gave me the most wonderful smile, which made me feel included. She gave me a lot of advice, helped me make a wonderful choice for a birthday card, alot of indecision on my part and she steered me in the right direction, for which I’m so grateful and more than happy with. I’ve been visiting this branch for years, for various things, Emma whenever she’s working makes a beeline for me, and it’s so lovely to be remembered. Thank you so much!

Charlotte was BRILLIANT!! We wanted some really old photographs copying, all different sizes, some in colour some not. Charlotte replied with a smile on her face that she could sort those for us. She even removed an ink mark from the copy that was on the original! We were very impressed!! The pictures came out great and Charlotte wasn't phased at all even though they were extremely busy. THANK YOU!!
