Rachel was fantastic. I give her 100% majorly for juggling everything from customer service to excellent service delivery while managing other customers’ needs (photocopying, driving license etc). - what more do you call multitasking !!! She’s able to manage multiple task with fabulous time management skills. That said I think this store would benefit more from a second attendant and workload/pressure is definitely more than one person’s tasks. Rachel was seen doing a two man job for the salary of one.

Amazing friendly helpful. What can I say? Really good service by Rachel and Shauna. They have made my Mother’s Day presents really easy fantastic service thank you ladies.

I always have a great experience at Max Spielmann! Shauna is always so lovely and such a great help to me. Rachel has also helped me out on a few occasions too and has been equally wonderful. I will always come back for all my photos and printing.

Lovely service as always! Always met with a smile from the girls working. Rachel was so lovely and patient with my little boy who clearly thought he was on a smiling strike! We managed to get some lovely pictures in the end though. Thank you again x
