I needed some documents printed. The customer service team member Lynsey was so helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure I got everything printed correctly. She was polite, friendly and very professional. There were people queing and she made a point of letting them know she would be with them as soon as she was free. I always use this photo shop and will be recommending it to friends and family.

The colleague was super helpful, it was busy when I popped into the store. She was calm, Focused and professional. I didn’t know how to work the photo machine and she was happy to help, no problem too big to help a customer who doesn’t know how to work technology. Smashing customer service. 5 star ⭐

Absolute First Class service by the two Incredibly Helpful and Polite members of Staff: very well patient and attentive and even loaded the photos onto the purchased frames for us!
