The staff member was dealing with a really annoying customer who was questioning the deals he could have and was just repeating himself. I observed her being very patient and proffessional and she caught my eye to smile at me in apology whilst i was waiting. She served me really quickly and was very pleasant and then unfortunately had to go back to him

Steph was absolutely amazing so helpful with passport application, she was absolutely rushed off her feet on her own on a Saturday- in a very busy shop with customers, and gave everyone the attention she needed , passports, photos, portrait shoots. Didn’t seem flustered, and provided an excellent service, so patient!
