My visit was in the evening on the 26th of November 2025. The lady was more than happy to help me print out a photo that I had to scale to fit into my photo frame. Thank you, I am very satisfied with how the photo looks in the frame :-)
She is very helpful been on a number of occasions we visited yesterday about half 3 and she handle everything we asked of her very well considering the photos we were getting done her manner and professionalism that's why I gave her the stars
Arrived just before the advertised closing time, only to be refused service. Was told that she doesn't get paid after 6pm. Well, it wasn't after 6pm lol I guess this is part of the modern trend where companies are too stingy to pay for cleaning time, locking up etc. No, i will not "come back in the morning"
Visited the Pudsey store today not having a clue what to do. The lady who served me 7th Oct (didn't catch her name) was so helpful in showing me what to do. I printed two A4 prints from my recent holiday. The lady asked me about my holiday and where I went. Excellent service with a smile.
Called in today to get photos done for my daughter's bus pass. Had originally intended using the traditional photo booth at the end of the store but it wasn't working. The shop was very busy and the lovely lady who took my daughter's photo appeared to be the only member of staff there. She was absolutely fantastic though, despite having to run from customer to customer. I'd visited a while ago to have passport photos done and again it was super busy with the same lovely lady. Excellent customer service.
