This was a nightmare. He was a nightmare. He basically did a patch job, took the money and ran. Tenant says roof still leaks and ceiling is falling in in places. He has no problem speaking to women like they are beneath him, in person to my tenants and on the phone with me. I am going to have to pay for a new roof still and pursue lawsuit against this guy. Unbelievable.
