Incredibly friendly and accommodating office staff. They were able to schedule my appointment very quickly. It was the shortest wait time that I have ever experienced in a doctor's office waiting room. The doctor explained everything thoroughly and was very patient and answered all my questions. I was very nervous about the procedure and it ended up being a "piece of cake".

I was very pleased with the professionalism Dr. Metzger displayed during my before and after consultation. I felt respected as a person and at ease with the procedure that he performed. I was ushered out of the office while i was extremely bleeding from the mouth as a result of the surgery!!! I understand that Dr Phelps has another patient but I should have never been ushered out the door bleeding as bad as I was!!!!!
I was told that the pain would fade away after three or 4 days but I still have pain after 1 week since my surgery
