Justine was wonderful. She helped us find our first home and guide us through the process. She was able to answer our questions in a timely manner and showed knowledge of her field. If you want an agent who has your best interests at heart I would recommend Justine with McAteer Will Estates with Keller Williams.

After a no show from another agency we decided to call Justine from McAteer and Will. The next day Justine, Tim and Carl showed up to look at the house and give us some advice. Carl, Lisa, Alex, and their crew did an outstanding job selling my home! They were confident and professional every step of the way. They took better pictures of my house than I ever thought possible. They truly hustled to get the viewings, and were very shrewd negotiators. I would absolutely use them again!

The first day my husband and I looked at houses with Tim, we found our home! It wasn't on the list of what we wanted to look at, and was just put on the market that day. Then, with his advice on putting in offers, we got the house for a reasonable price! There was another bid, but his advice got us there. Looking back, it still shocks me that we were able to find our home so quickly. He was responsive throughout the home buying process too. Without him, we definitely wouldn't be able to call this house our home.

I was able to see all the houses of interest in a very short period of time. The R/E agent always stayed in touch, pointed out the positives and negatives of each house, was able to quickly realize my preferences and what appealed to me. The whole experience went very smoothly from making an offer all the way through closing. A very good experience indeed,

My husband & I could not be happier with the service we were provided by Tim Rinaldo and his team. He was there every step of the way, from securing appointments to see potential homes to his relationship with the financial company that approved our mortgage. He was always available for questions as was Rachel, the coordinator. They made the process a lot less daunting and moreover than anything else, we built a trust that I will for which I will always be grateful.
