Lisa and Carl were very easy to work with. Lisa was incredibly upbeat and able to get an offer on our place very quickly. On the closing side, Carl was very responsive and helpful walking us through selling our home. It was surprisingly painless and efficient, and I'd recommend them to others looking to sell.

Our real estate specialist, Patrick Burd, and the whole McAteer Will Estates team were wonderful! Patrick was helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. He is very personable and responded promptly to our emails and telephone calls. Being unfamiliar with the area, we truly appreciated his input. Patrick listened to our likes & dislikes and after working with us for several months, he found us the perfect house! We would definitely recommend McAteer Will Estates!

Carl and Lisa and their team are amazing! We used them to buy our home in Hawley in early 2019, and then again to sell that house in early 2021! They are definitely the full real estate team package! One of my favorite things about working with Carl and Lisa is that they built and have maintained a relationship with us. We did a lot of work on our Hawley house in the two years we were there, and were able to touch base with Carl and Lisa multiple times to get their advice on which projects to prioritize and what would best i... read more

My husband and I were so impressed with the service given to us by McAteer Will Estates. Everything they did to market, show and quickly sell our house was done with professionalism and knowledge. The best realtors!

Lisa and Carl were so easy to work with! They sold our house in less than 48 hours on the market! Everything went smoothly with no issues. I can’t thank them enough! I would highly recommend.

Can we give this group more than 5 stars? The team never missed a beat! They know everything, and made sure we were comfortable through every step, and even adding additional info as needed. What can I say about Justine. She is simply amazing!! Her honesty and assistance through negotiation truly helped us make feel so comfortable with our decision. We feel like had added a friend to our family, and we are so excited to see how the future pans out. This entire team is stellar, from offering additional moving services to assi... read more

Five stars is not a high enough rating for this group! During a time when the real estate market is moving fast and rentals were non existent, McAteer Will Estates was THE only real estate office in the area to respond to my inquiries. It was for this reason that we used them to purchase our home when we realized that was an option for us. Patrick showed us numerous homes and rode the rollercoaster of canceled contracts and unaccepted offers with us. His positive and professional attitude kept us moving forward to look at th... read more

I've worked with several realtors in the past , but Liza and Will were really both , the best realtors I worked with . They were every time right on top of things , when it was needed . Both really good at heart people and very professional as well .

I've known Patrick Burd for over ten years and he is the hardest working and most knowledgeable person in the area. His work ethic at previous jobs is bar none compared to many others. When it comes to buying a house Pat is one of the first people I'd pick to help me find my dream home. Call him today!
