Let me be the first to review. I've been coming here for the last week visiting my father-in-law. My first impression was great! The CNA was attentive, the RN was nice and knowledgeable. The environment was clean. However the boards on the walls were a little scary. I know it's Halloween coming up but dang that wall had some a scary pictures. A shout out to McClure rehab center for taking care of our mother for the last 2 months and continuing doing so with utmost care and dedication. The place is clean and cheerful. The staff is pleasant, professional and dedicated. The management team is caring and accommodating; they listen to our family's needs and provide the most appropriate and satisfying solution. McClure has helped make an unfortunate accident to our mother bearable. We would not hesitate to choose this rehab center again

Great experience for my Auntie. The facility was clean and the staff nice. The care there was super. Happy for the kindness they showed during my Aunts stay.

My mother's care here was horrible, concerns about mistreatment , missing belongings, severely understaffed facility. She suffered from numerous bacterial infections sores and complications which only surfaced after being in care.

Can't even get in touch with my cousin. Bad parking. and all they have is one phone for 58 patients. And the mobile phone is lost all the time. And she needs communication from her family. It is hard for me to get to visit her or I would be there every day. A very sad situation. And when I call the front desk there phone has too many messages on it and cannot get through to Desk.

The staff/receptionist are horrible. I can't get through to anyone. They keep placing me on hold. Horrible! They won't tell me anything about my dad.

This is not a good place for people who need care. The food is horrible. Animals are fed better than the patients. The care is substandard. Don't place loved ones or anyone at this facility.
