RecommendedLarry was professional. He answered my questions.
Recommendedgreat down load speeds , professional installation
Business response:
Thank you!
RecommendedService was installed and immediate High Speed Internet. Equipment was free and 1st month is discounted about 60%. Technician amazingly professional and informative. What a relief to have such high quality product matched with top of the line technical support.
RecommendedThe installer was very good and helpful . I don't know yet if the service is going to improve but so far I am a little disappointed in the speeds and reliably.
pulls signs of other companies, poor ethics
They seem to be a fake company. The phone numbers they list transfer me to Hughes net and Hughes net has never heard of mcgo services. I'm receiving invoices from them when I don't have their service and there is no way of contacting them to get to the bottom of it. Do yourself a favor and don't even try "mcgo" as it's a scam.
Constantly leaving trash signs in my yard, often multiples, I can't catch those doing it but i will.
CRAPPY! Never worked. Still being billed for services that were canceled MONTHS ago! If you have any dignity for your company then you'll call me.
They will tell you service is available in your area when there isn't any or very crappy coverage that reminds you of the old Verizon Wireless commercials bcz they do use cell towers. Couldn't even stream a single video which you only need 3mbps to do. When you return the $200 router that YOU paid for; they charge a "$50 "disclosed" restocking fee". We are desperate for internet where we live. What crap that they tell you it will work and then take $50 of your money for sending it back bcz it doesn't.
