I took my dog in for a lump. They said pulled muscle. Took him back in whenever over the weekend it grew to a softball they said infection. I called every other day saying it’s gotten worse. It’s the size of a football. It’s fine. Called again said it’s draining at top no way for all the fluid to get out. They said well he’s fine. I said no something needs to be done. I have never used the vet services. I took my dog there for grooming. The groomer is top shelf. She really cares about the animals she grooms and explains everything she does. The reason for my low review is the young ladies who work the front desk. They blatantly lie to you when they drop the ball and forget to call you. They tell you they called two numbers but forget about caller ID that, when checked, proves the lie. McKinney is a great place to take your animals. I've heard nothing but good things.
