great job and very friendly/helpful employees
The service is always fast and pleasant. Staff always nice and I prefer this location (Coldwater Road) to the Illinois Road location. Waiting area is much more comfortable and the ladies' room is very nice. That's important for the female customers.

Fast service and amazing techs and front desk staff. They are so helpful! Returned the next week to have a different issue fixed by them. Again, the service with great and completed quickly.
All personal was outstanding
When scheduling the oil change, I was told it would take about 40 minutes. After waiting over an hour, I asked about the service. She complained that there were only 2 service techs there that day. I asked to have the oil change completed and waited another 30 minutes. Oil change was good, but they do need to either hire more techs or be realistic about the wait. Or hire a valet service for one car families so we do not have to put pressure on the techs to get it done quickly.
