Provided wrong diagnosis
Office is not accommodating!!!!
Had many tests done at her office. She never addressed or said anything to me after the tests were done. She seems concerned, but will order so many tests and blood work only to find out that it takes weeks for the results to come back and get reviewed. Such a shame. Nice office and pleasant staff (so far)
Not only did Dr. Mcmonigle misdiagnose my mother in law with dementia, she didn't bother to address the symptoms (of neuropathy) that had prompted us to make the appointment. When I asked how she came to that conclusion with so little information, she told me that she was a doctor. When I told her that I disagreed with her diagnosis, which was based on very little exposure to my MIL, and asked her to address the situation at hand, she became quite hostile.
Walk in, the office is small & cramped with about 4 or 5 office workers crammed together. The floor is dirty with scraps of paper & debris. The 2 drawer filing cabinet holds their beverages & snacks in plain site. They do not return phone calls & they did not call me back with test results Dr. McMonicle is nice, but health care needs more than a nice doctor.
