We were notified ahead of time your Tech was enroute. Jimmy was very friendly and professional. Gave a seasonal check on both our units. The fan motor on one of our outdoor units has been making noise…he moved the blades closer to the motor and tightened the grill. Noise improved…I will notify if noise returns. Very satisfied with Jimmy.

The young man, Juan, that performed the hot water heater flushing & maintenance service was knowledgeable, professional & courteous in everything he did. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing step by step. Overall, my experience was excellent. I would recommend McWilliams & Son to anyone. They installed a new A/C unit a few years back & I was very pleased with the service provided then, as well.

Juan, the tech that performed the water heater flushing & tune up service was knowledgeable, courteous & explained exactly what he was doing step by step. My overall experience was excellent.
Today the Install Technicians worked ALL day to replace my system. They were respectful and kept us informed as they worked. It was very hot in the attic and I admire their work and continued good humor. They survived the hot attic and a thunderstorm and downpour.
